Safa Global Capital

About

A mission of legacy through positive impact.

Safa Global is a ten-year vision (2026–2036) building an integrated, Shariah-aligned financial group designed for perpetuity. Three pillars across three jurisdictions, organized as a private institution with sovereign-style separation of powers. One mission. A horizon measured in generations, not quarters.

Architecture

Three pillars. One mission. Built for perpetuity.

Like a modern state with a constitutional court, the architecture separates oversight from operations, and patient venture capital from short-term treasury management. The Foundation is the integrity anchor that allows the operating pillars to act with discipline.

01 · INDEPENDENT OVERSIGHT

Safa Global Foundation

Qatar (QFC)

In formation

A constitutional steward, being established in the Qatar Financial Centre, that holds a non-economic Class F golden share (a veto over Reserved Matters) across the group and at the Excellence Fund. It is mission control: it safeguards the platform’s purpose across generations rather than chasing returns. The Shariah Advisory Board is seated inside the Foundation. It is the long-term destination for steward-ownership of the group.

02 · ISSUER, DISTRIBUTOR, RESERVE

Safa Global Capital

Malta

Operating · Malta-domiciled

The capital-markets and reserve side. SGC is the issuer of STAC (and maintains its registry under the Foundation’s Class F veto), a MiFID II distributor placing instruments to eligible investors inside an EU-regulated perimeter, the originator of the Safa Global Sukuk Programme, and the holder of the single group reserve (cash, gold, digital assets). SGC also invests as one consolidated limited partner in the Excellence Fund, and hosts the Safa Global Society. SGC is not an AIFM.

03 · VENTURE ENGINE

Safa Global Ventures

Mexico

In formation · Mexican company (S.A.P.I.)

The venture engine of the group, being established as a Mexican company (S.A.P.I.). SGV holds and grows the Excellence Fund, the operating portfolio of 13 companies across 8 verticals, and houses the vertical-parent layer (Safa Energy, Safa Health, Safa Sustainability).

The Foundation is being established in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) as the group’s constitutional steward, designed to endure as a multi-generational steward-owner.

The endgame

Designed for perpetual stewardship.

Safa Global is designed, from day one, to be transferred into the perpetual stewardship of the Safa Global Foundation. The Founder owns and operates today. The Foundation oversees and audits today. When the moment is right, the Founder transfers controlling ownership to the Foundation. The Foundation becomes the perpetual steward. The mission continues across generations of management.

The pattern is Hans Wilsdorf, who transferred Rolex SA to the Hans Wilsdorf Stiftung in 1944. Rolex has been owned by the Foundation for roughly 80 years, immune to IPO pressure, succession crises, and short-term capital. The same pattern operates at Bosch, Carlsberg, Tata Trusts, IKEA, and Patagonia.

Principles

What we hold ourselves to.

01

Asset-backed by construction

Every position has identified, valued, and verifiable underlying assets. No blind pools, no speculative paper, no fractional fiction. The Excellence Fund holds 13 real operating companies across 8 verticals. STAC, when issued, will be a transferable claim on the issuer (Safa Global Capital), backed by SGC’s reserve.

02

Shariah-aligned by design

Structured around AAOIFI Standards 17 (Investment Sukuk) and 23 (Wakalah). The Shariah Advisory Board sits inside the Foundation and holds binding veto authority, not advisory comment power. Pre-issuance fatwas, quarterly review, and an annual published Shariah audit are the operating cadence.

03

Long-horizon stewardship

A ten-year vision (2026–2036) that compounds fundamentals over speculation. The endgame is steward-ownership: the Foundation eventually becomes perpetual owner of the operating group, mirroring how the Hans Wilsdorf Stiftung has owned Rolex since 1944 and how Bosch, Carlsberg, Tata Trusts, IKEA, and Patagonia are structured today.

04

Substance over labels

No "Shariah-compliant by sticker." No "asset-backed by adjective." Every instrument is structured to its economic substance and reviewed by independent counsel and Shariah scholars before it touches a member or investor.

SAFA

Clarity. Purity. Purpose.

Three principles guide every investment decision and partnership we make. Clarity in structure and disclosure, with documents available to members rather than promises made verbally. Purity in adherence to ethical and Shariah principles, enforced by an independent board with binding authority. Purpose in serving long-term stewardship over short-term speculation, with each instrument structured for its economic substance.
