Leadership
Operating leadership across the three pillars: the Safa Global Foundation (independent oversight, Qatar/QFC), Safa Global Capital (Malta, issuer of STAC and MiFID II distributor), and Safa Global Ventures (the venture engine, being established as a Mexican company). Names and bios will be announced as the entity formations complete.
Shariah Advisory Board
An independent panel of Shariah scholars overseeing pre-issuance fatwa, ongoing review, and AAOIFI alignment. Board composition will be announced ahead of the first qualifying issuance.
Investment Committee
Cross-disciplinary committee, capital markets, real estate, venture, infrastructure, responsible for asset-level decisions on origination, structuring, and disposition.
Audit & Assurance
Independent registered audit firm (annual financial audit), independent asset verification (semi-annual), and independent Shariah audit (annual). Specific firms will be disclosed in offering documents to qualified investors.
Legal & Compliance
Maltese capital-markets counsel for SGC issuance and prospectus exemption work, Mexican corporate counsel for the venture entity and project-level matters, US securities counsel for Reg D / Reg S framework, and ongoing AML / KYC infrastructure partners.
