Leadership
Operating leadership for Safa Global Capital (being established in Malta) and its sister company Safa Global Ventures (being established in Mexico). Names and bios will be announced as the entity formations complete.
Adviser on ethical and Islamic financial regulation
An independent adviser, appointed through the Safa Global Foundation, to review each instrument before issue. No adviser has been appointed yet; the appointment will be announced here.
Investment Committee
Cross-disciplinary committee, capital markets, real estate, venture, infrastructure, responsible for asset-level decisions on origination, structuring, and disposition.
Audit & Assurance
An independent audit firm (annual financial audit) and independent asset verification (semi-annual), appointed through the Safa Global Foundation. No firm has been appointed yet.
Legal & Compliance
Maltese capital-markets counsel for SGC issuance and prospectus exemption work, Mexican corporate counsel for the venture entity and project-level matters, US securities counsel for Reg D / Reg S framework, and ongoing AML / KYC infrastructure partners.
