Safa Global is structured as a ten-year vision (2026–2036) creating an integrated ecosystem of ventures and investments. Each phase builds on the last, with patient capital and ethical alignment compounding over time.

Foundation
Three-pillar architecture takes shape: the Safa Global Foundation established in the Qatar Financial Centre as the independent oversight body, Shariah Advisory Board seated inside the Foundation, Safa Global Capital established in Malta as the issuer of STAC and MiFID II distributor, and Safa Global Ventures established as a Mexican company as the venture engine. Excellence Fund holdings formalised across 13 operating companies and 8 verticals. Safa Global Society launches with the open Member tier and the 1,000 paid Founder seats (Annual and Lifetime).
Expansion
Geographic expansion across MENA, the EU, and select LATAM markets. Real-estate pipeline activation including Jumeirah Acapulco and Torino. Excellence Fund portfolio scaling. STAC reaches retail investors via an EU Prospectus under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, with SGC buyback liquidity. Foundation Reserved Matters operating cadence established. Cross-border distribution under the EU regulated perimeter.
Integration
Full ecosystem maturity. Self-sustaining capital and venture cycle. The Foundation reaches institutional maturity as a multi-generational steward-owner. Steward-ownership transition begins as the Founder transfers controlling shares of Safa Global Partners to the Foundation. Long-term legacy infrastructure: education, energy, hospitality, and digital integrated into the SAFA economic and social thesis.
