Framework

Three independent layers of review.

Financial Audit

Annual financial statement audit by an independent registered audit firm under International Standards on Auditing (ISA), with quarterly management accounts shared with admitted members.

Asset Verification

Independent verification of assets backing each STAC tranche, title verification for real estate, custody confirmation for commodities, and existence/valuation review for venture holdings.

Shariah Review

Pre-issuance fatwa and ongoing quarterly review by an independent Shariah Advisory Board, with annual published Shariah audit aligned to AAOIFI Standards 17 (Investment Sukuk) and 23 (Wakalah).
