Safa Global Ventures is the venture creation and growth arm of SAFA Global, being consolidated in Malta as part of the five-entity Maltese architecture. SGV launches and manages the Excellence Fund portfolio of mission-driven operating ventures ($80M Strategic Platform Valuation across 13 operating companies), with mandate set by Members at SGC level.
How we work

Origination
Every Excellence Fund company enters the portfolio after rigorous origination, due diligence, and Shariah review. Founders are sourced through deep operating networks, not public deal flow.
Structuring
Each holding is structured for the long term, with capital terms designed for founder empowerment and aligned with our broader Sukuk-style framework where applicable.
Operating support
Portfolio companies receive operational support across legal, finance, technology (AIA platform), and ecosystem integration, accelerating product-market fit and revenue.
Governance
Independent Investment Committee, LP-style compensation, and quarterly review. Decisions are documented; rationale is shared with members.
