SAFA GLOBAL SOCIETY
The Safa Global Society is a consumer-service membership offered by Safa Global Capital. Membership is community participation: it grants access, voice, and education, not equity or return. Members shape the institution; the institution serves the members.
What it is
Most investment-adjacent communities exist to extract a subscription fee in exchange for market commentary. The Safa Global Society does not. It is the constitutional layer of participation in a Maltese asset-backed investment group, on a ten-year horizon, designed by its founders to outlive any one generation of management.
Members are notified ahead of public announcement when a product opens in their jurisdiction. Members vote on the Society Charter and the broad investment thesis of the Excellence Fund. Members access educational programming at X University. Members appear in the Foundation-custodied register that records the founding members.
The Society does not pay dividends, distribute asset allocations, or grant allocation priority on any regulated product. It is community participation. The economic and regulatory products (STAC and the Sukuk Programme) sit alongside the Society, gated by jurisdiction and qualification, not by tier.

Per the Society Charter, the tiers serve different commitment levels. Most members start at Citizen or Founder. Resident exists for visitors who want to stay close before deciding.

The founding members of the Safa Global Society. Numbered seat for life, voting rights in Founders ordinary sessions, X University Programs and Diplomas, annual gathering. First ordinary meeting planned 2027.
Why we encourage Citizen and Founder over free: The Society's mission is to fund the operating arms with real subscription revenue rather than rely on token speculation or LP capital alone. Paid members make the institution possible. In return, paid members get direct governance voice (Founder) or active programming (Citizen), neither of which is available at the Resident tier.

Membership is not an investment. Safa Global Society membership (free or paid) is a community participation. It does not represent ownership in any Safa Global entity, does not entitle members to dividends, profits, distributions, or asset allocations, and confers no expectation of financial return.
X University access is educational. Member access to X University programming covers Islamic finance, asset-backed investing, fund-structure mechanics, and Safa Global's mission. It does not include portfolio-company briefings or any non-public information about STAC or the Excellence Fund.
Refundability. Citizen and Founder Annual fees are non-refundable. Founder Lifetime is pro-rata refundable only if Safa Global terminates the Society program.
